Named access, defined roles
Customer users, service administrators, and recovery access are intended to be separated and documented.
Security Cloud Systems is defining the controls, responsibilities, and evidence required for a credible storage service—without publishing certifications that do not yet exist.
The statements below describe the intended service direction. They still require implementation, testing, documentation, and evidence. This website does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or another certification.
Protection model
Customer users, service administrators, and recovery access are intended to be separated and documented.
Transfers and service access are planned around encrypted network connections, subject to implementation testing.
Stored customer data is intended to use encryption at rest with key handling defined before launch.
Backup copies are designed to avoid sharing the same single point of failure as primary storage.
Retention and recovery steps will be documented per pilot and tested before stronger service claims are made.
Configuration reviews, logs, change records, and recovery results are the intended basis for future security claims.
Shared responsibility
Validation roadmap
Each stage should produce evidence before the company increases capacity, customer count, or the strength of its claims.
Now
Document architecture, responsibilities, access rules, pilot boundaries, and prohibited workloads.
Before customer data
Test storage, encrypted connections, backup separation, restore steps, monitoring, and administrative access.
Before scale
Build repeatable evidence, contracts, incident procedures, insurance review, and an independent compliance roadmap.
Security conversation
A pilot should begin with the workload, access, recovery, and risk requirements—not a generic promise.
